What cleaning services do you offer?

Which areas do you cover?
APT ProClean is based in Martock and covers many surrounding Somerset towns and villages. This includes Martock, Bower Hinton, Ash, Long Load, Kingsbury Episcopi, South Petherton, Stoke-sub-Hamdon, Norton-sub-Hamdon, Tintinhull, Montacute, Long Sutton, Somerton, Langport, Huish Episcopi, Ilchester, Curry Rivel, West Chinnock, East Chinnock and Yeovil. Are you fully insured?
Yes. APT ProClean is fully insured, giving customers additional reassurance when we are working in their home.
Who will be cleaning my home?
APT ProClean is run by Alan, so you’ll know who you’re dealing with from your initial enquiry onwards. Providing a friendly, personal and reliable service is an important part of the business.

Are quotes free?
Yes. Quotes from APT ProClean are free and there is no obligation to book.
How much does cleaning cost?
The cost depends on factors such as the size and condition of the property, the type of cleaning required and how much work is involved. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all price, we’ll discuss your requirements before providing a quote.
Why might a deep clean cost more than a regular clean?
A deep clean usually involves more detailed work and additional time compared with a regular domestic clean. We’ll discuss what you would like included before providing your quote.
Regular Domestic Cleaning
Can I arrange regular cleaning?
Yes. Regular domestic cleaning can be arranged according to your requirements and availability. Get in touch to discuss the frequency of cleaning that would work best for your home.
Will the same things be cleaned every visit?
We’ll agree the main priorities for your regular cleaning with you. Some tasks may be completed every visit while others may be carried out when required, depending on your priorities and the time available.
Deep & One-Off Cleaning
What is included in a deep clean?
A deep clean provides more detailed attention than a standard regular clean and can include areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, skirting boards, doors, accessible frames, surfaces, floors and other areas requiring additional attention. Can I book a clean without having regular cleaning?
Yes. Our one-off cleaning service is designed for customers who need cleaning help without committing to an ongoing schedule.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Do you offer end of tenancy cleaning?
Yes. APT ProClean offers end of tenancy cleaning for properties that need a thorough clean when a tenancy or occupancy is coming to an end.
Access & Appointments
Do I need to be at home while you clean?
This can be discussed when arranging your cleaning. Some customers may prefer to be home while others may wish to arrange suitable access. We’ll agree what works best before your appointment.
